Here are the latest Metalumen Rail 4 line extensions to provide you more health care options. New to the line-up is their new Bed light and MRI fixtures. With their partnership with Bios, it is now even easier to provide healthy lighting in your space.
Bed Light
To truly deliver human centric lighting within a healthcare setting, the Rail 4 Bed Light is available with BIOS. It is also available with a 2 or 4 position anti-ligature pull chain, high color rendering index LEDs to achieve high colour quality, and optional antimicrobial paint finish to reduce spread of bacteria.
The Rail 4 Bed Light is a triple function, wall-mounted fixture that provides indirect and direct lighting ideal for long or short-term health care facilities. The Rail 4 Bed Light has the controls capability to meet the needs of patients and medical practitioners, whether they need ambient lighting, lighting for reading, or lighting to perform an examination. The modern and simplified design helps to maintain a healthy environment by allowing easy cleaning, minimizing the spread of microorganisms.

BIOS SkyBlue & MRI Compatibility
BIOS SkyBLue
BIOS SkyBlue® technology brings the benefits of sunlight indoors. It achieves UL certified 490nM wavelengths of light to influence our circadian rhythm and can achieve high R9 color hue and less than 3.3 cyanosis observation index.
Rail 4 MRI
Available in four different mounting options, the Rail 4 RM4D MRI can be configured into grids and patterns. It is composed of non-ferrous components and a remote driver to ensure MRI compatibility.
Perimeter Lighting
Adding additional flexibility to our Rail family, the Rail 4 Perimeter (RP4D) offers both asymmetric and symmetric distributions. The Asymmetric (Ambient) creates a unique illumination pattern, that enhances wall features and illuminates the room. The Symmetric (Perimeter) shapes the beam into an optimal downward distribution, highlighting the transition between ceiling and wall.
